The total estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days. Shipping business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-5), on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Arluneo offers free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United States.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an eligible defective or non-defective product.

Returned products must be new, unused, uninstalled, unaltered, complete, securely packaged, and approved before shipment.

Once your return is approved, Arluneo will provide a prepaid downloadable and printable return label at no charge. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
