Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items provided they are returned in new condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@lanellise.com. Upon approval, you will receive a return label to download and print, which must be affixed securely to your package. All return shipping costs are covered by Lanellise, meaning there is no cost to you for the return.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your item, we gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in new and unused condition. The exchange process follows the same procedure as returns, including contacting our service team and using the provided return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.

Currency

All refunds are issued in USD. If your payment was made in another currency, please be aware that your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees beyond our control.

Additional Information

There are no restocking fees applied to returns or exchanges. Please ensure your returned item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Refunds will not be issued for items returned in a condition other than new.
